Jiangsu Liwei Shearing and Bending Machine Co., Ltd., founded in 1990 (formerly known as Nantong Liwei Machine Tool), is headquartered in the national-level development zone of Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province. The company primarily manufactures large-scale bending machines, plate rolling machines, shearing machines, hydraulic presses, pipe-making equipment, straightening machines for medium- and thick-plate production lines, and specialized equipment for 3,500-ton leveling machines. The company currently employs over 150 people and has sales offices in more than 20 cities across China. Its products are exported to numerous countries in Europe, the U.S., and Southeast Asia. The company is a member of the Shearing and Bending Branch of the National Committee for Forging and Pressing Standards and is one of the leading enterprises in the same industry.
After more than 30 years of dedicated efforts, the company has successively obtained certifications including ISO9001 Quality System and EU CE, and holds licenses for exporting products as well as independent export rights. It has been awarded numerous titles, such as Jiangsu University’s Industry-University-Research Production Base, a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Enterprise, Jiangsu Province’s First-of-its-Kind Equipment Manufacturer, and Jiangsu Province’s Specialized, Refined, and Novel “Little Giant” Enterprise. The company boasts strong technical expertise and first-class equipment, including domestically produced CNC gantry five-sided milling centers measuring 5.6×16 meters and 5×12 meters, a 18-meter CNC floor-type boring and milling machine, fully CNC plasma flame cutting machines, horizontal boring and milling machines, drilling machines, planers, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and other advanced processing equipment. Jiangsu Liwei’s independently developed and manufactured large-tonnage CNC bending machines—4400T×18 meters—as well as various ultra-large shearing machines capable of handling sheet metal lengths from 8 to 16 meters, the large-scale coil winding machine WIIXCN-200×3.5 meters, and the large marine coil winding machine W11K-30×18.5 meters, along with hydraulic presses and decoiling, leveling, and shearing lines, have steadily captured both domestic and international markets for heavy-duty machine tools and have received unanimous acclaim from users at home and abroad.
