  • The structure of the machine

    1. Rack Section:

    1.1 The machine frame consists of left and right side plates (wall plates), an upper tool holder, a worktable, a clamping crossbeam, an oil tank, and other components.

    1.2 The main frame design employs finite-element analysis software to evaluate the strength and structural integrity of the modular computer rack, thereby ensuring equipment safety.

    2. The frame features an all-steel welded structure with sufficient strength and rigidity, and undergoes high-temperature annealing to eliminate internal stresses, thereby ensuring the overall accuracy of the machine body.

    3. Large floor-type boring-milling machines and five-axis machining centers are employed, utilizing a one-pass, integral machining approach to achieve high-precision machining and ensure the overall machining accuracy of the machine tool.

    4. The upper and lower blades are made of high-strength steel; the upper blade has two cutting edges, while the lower blade has four, all of which are fully usable.

    5. A rotary worktable and a front material-support device ensure convenient feeding and prevent the workpiece from being scratched during operation.

    6. Electric rear stop device, equipped with an electronic digital display and fine-adjustment functionality.

    7. The blade gap is manually adjusted and indicated on a gap gauge, ensuring simple operation to accommodate shearing requirements for various plate thicknesses and materials.

    8. Light-line-and-shadow alignment device, facilitating line drawing and cutting.

    9. The material-clamping mechanism features an integrated hydraulic circuit and independently arranged, parallel clamping cylinders, and is equipped with rubber pads. When the sheet material is uneven, the clamping units can freely extend and retract to firmly press against the surface, while the clamping force automatically adjusts according to the material type and thickness, thereby preventing damage to the sheet surface.

    10. The hydraulic system employs an integrated logic circuit controlled by sequence valves, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and simple maintenance. The hydraulic manifold is equipped with a direct-acting safety relief valve to guarantee precise pressure adjustment.

    11. A domestically renowned brand hydraulic valve is used to control the up-and-down movement of the knife blade.

    12. Centralized and reliable electrical control:

    ◆All power systems are housed within the fuselage and are controlled and operated via buttons on the control panel.

    ◆ Equipped with a foot switch for direct control of the shearing operation, ensuring convenience and efficiency.

    ◆Major electrical components are sourced from Schneider or Siemens.

    ◆Safety guardrails ensure operator safety while providing a clear view of the cutting operation, offering both safety and convenience.

    ◆Use circuit breakers to provide short-circuit protection for the control circuit.

    ◆ Motor overload and short-circuit protection is provided by the air switch.

    ◆The control panel is equipped with an emergency stop button, allowing the machine to be shut down immediately in case of operator error.
